We’re excited to introduce a brand new Cocktail Masterclass Series at Black Sheep Geelong – designed to spark your curiosity, creativity and teach the art of cocktail making with flair.
Leading the classes is internationally acclaimed bartender Clinton Weir, who brings more than 20 years of experience collaborating with world class venues and premium brands around the globe.
Alongside VIP afterparties, major events and festivals, Clinton has also served on the bar at William & Kate’s Royal Wedding – so it’s safe to say he knows his way around a cocktail shaker!
Now Clinton is bringing his expertise to Geelong, guiding guests through immersive, hands-on Cocktail Masterclasses using professional bar equipment, boutique spirits and a wide range of premium & sustainable ingredients.
Each 2 hour session includes 1 welcome drink plus 3 cocktails to sip and savour plus a deluxe antipasto board to snack on as you learn.
