Spring is in the air, and we’re celebrating with a ‘Black Sheep Geelong x Anther Distillery Gin Dinner’ – an evening of Delicious food, locally crafted gin and the fresh flavours of the season.
On Thursday 24th September, join us for a 3-course dinner curated by the Black Sheep Executive Chef, with every course matched with a handcrafted Anther Distillery cocktail. Each pairing has been designed to complement the flavours on your plate while showcasing the unique botanicals and character of the spirit in your glass.
Inspired by the Spring Equinox, the menu embraces everything we love about the change of season – sunny days, vibrant colours, fresh herbs, bright citrus and lighter, garden-inspired flavours. As always, we’re happy to adapt your menu to suit any dietary requirements (including gluten free), so just let us know of any requests when booking. As the evening unfolds, the Anther team will share stories from behind the scenes of their North Geelong-based distillery, unique insights into their process and what has inspired their award-winning spirit range. They’ll also be offering select tastings of their gins and giving you great recommendations for bottles to take home and enjoy.
