Our new cocktail menu is here and it’s a little bit quirky, a lot of fun and in perfect time to keep your ‘spirits’ high as we head into the cooler season.
With an emphasis on warming winter flavours – expect a hit of spice, orchard fruits & a balance of light and dark spirits to suit your style.

Looking for a Gin cocktail that’s perfect for winter sipping?
The Apple Pie is the one for you, featuring Bush Apple Gin by Seven Seasons Distillery, sweetened citrus and spice, it’s topped with a house-made toasted cinnamon foam for the final touch.
Looking for a classic made with a twist? Our Spiced Negroni using Amaro, HM 7 Spice Chai Gin and cinnamon, this sip is great paired with our beloved Beef Cheek. The Old Fashion is another Black Sheep take on a classic, as we’ve swapped in chocolate and cherry flavours to compliment the aromatic drink.
We couldn’t get the indulgence of a chocolate sip out of our mind, so we started shaking it up with Bumbu rum and created the Bumbu Bliss for an added sweetness to the list.
A Winter menu at Black Sheep wouldn’t be complete without a martini or two, so we’ll be shaking up our classic Espresso Martini topped with Chocolate Fairy Floss alongside our fruitful Pear and Rhubarb Martini featuring Belvedere Vodka and Rhubi liqueur.
If you’re looking for something bold, the Smoked Spicy Margarita is a game changer. Cointreau, lime, and liquid smoke are paired with a spicy kick of El Toro Jalapeno Tequila, bringing a balanced combination of smoke and heat in every sip – a must try for margarita fans.
Gin and Pinot lovers will swoon over the Floradora. This refreshing and zesty cocktail combines Forty Spotted Pinot Noir Gin, lime with a touch of raspberry for a light and botanical finish.
