Each Friday & Saturday night from 8:30pm, we’ll be shaking and pouring up a selection of Cocktails exclusively available After Hours only. From refreshing & floral to bold & bittersweet…let’s take a closer look at the new flavours on the menu, ready to explore this weekend…

If you haven’t experienced the magic of milk-washed spirits, ‘Teddys Punch’ is here to impress. The punch itself begins with butterfly-pea infused Bellarine Distillery’s ‘Teddy & the Fox’ Gin, elderflower liqueur, pineapple juice & a house-made spiced syrup. Then, through a process of clarification using whole milk, the result is a crystal clear cocktail with a light purple tint, rounded texture & exceptional balance of flavours.
If, however you’re chasing a nightcap to swirl & savour, try the ‘Barrel Aged Cherry Negroni’ – a sweet, spicy & complex blend of Anther Distillery Barrel Aged Cherry Gin, Campari & Sweet Vermouth.
But if a more fruity, botanical inspired cocktail is your thing, the ‘Amaro Sour’ with Forty Spotted Citrus & Pepperberry Gin, Montenegro Amaro, lemon & mixed berry syrup is a refreshing choice. And on warmer evenings? We can’t say no to the ‘East meets West Gimlet’ featuring Great Ocean Road ‘South East Meets South West’ Gin, fresh lime and salted cucumber & mint syrup.
