Our NEW Summer menu just launched…
…and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Our Chef team have infused their Black Sheep magic into a fresh line up of dishes, inspired by the vibrant flavours of the season, modern European styles and exceptional local ingredients. Expect fun and indulgent dishes to share!

Curious? Here’s a little sneak peek at what your next visit might look like…

Settle in with a Black Sheep Chamber of Gin G&T, then begin your feast with Baked Halloumi topped with apricots & pine nuts…or perhaps graze on Roast Pumpkin Hummus, cumin seed mix, olive oil & toasted flat bread.

From here, try a little of everything and order up a few smaller plates to share. For seafood lovers, chilled Prawns infused with lemon, garlic, chilli & parsley and the Lemon Pepper Calamari finished with citrus aioli & roquette will provide a light, refreshing starter. We also can’t go past a classic Crispy Pork Belly, slow roasted and served atop creamy parsnip puree for the perfect balance of texture.

We hope you’re still hungry – because main course might be our favourite part. With a variety of larger plates to suit all tastes, including plenty of options for our gluten free & vegetarian friends….you’ll be spoiled for choice.

Of course, we’ve kept our signature 12hr Slow Cooked Pork Hock on repeat. But alongside tried and tested favourites, are new creations ready for you to dig in…

After a light option on a warmer day? Give the Northern Territory Barramundi fillet or the Mixed leaf, strawberry, brie, candied walnut & balsamic mustard dressing a try.

If you’re looking for a vegan indulgence, the Green Pea Risotto with broad beans & baby spinach packs a vibrant, flavourful punch.

We also highly recommend a sharing a Black Sheep wood fired Pizza or two and if you’re in the mood to share – our slow Roasted Half Chicken infused with fresh native saltbush & zesty citrus is sure to impress.

Remember to always leave room for dessert too!

Perhaps finish up with a trio of petite Lemon, Raspberry & Chocolate Gin tarts, or opt for a silky Coconut Lime Panna Cotta topped with kiwi fruit & pistachio praline to conclude your Black Sheep experience.
